CONSISTENCY:(N): the ability to remain the same in ,behavior, attitudes or qualities
                              SYN: stability, permanence
                              ANT: incoherency, unstableness
                              EXM: There is no consistency in the way they deal with offenders


ROUGHLY:(ADV): used for showing that an amount, number, time etc is no exact
                            SYN: inexact, approximately 
                            ANT: certain, precise
                            EXM: The meeting lasted roughly 45 mins.


CONGESTION:(N): a situation in which a place is crowded with people or    vehicles, so that it is difficult to move around
                             SYN: gridlock
                             ANT: flow
                             EXM:The congestion in the city gets even worse during the summer
